Grand Teton National Park

The sky takes on a purple glow shortly before the sun rises at Oxbow Bend. I think the glowing mist makes this scene take on a somewhat unreal look. It was a beautiful morning.
The sun sets behind Grand Teton bathing the landscape below in warm yellow light for it's final moments before night comes.
The mist begins to burn off of Oxbow Bend as the sun rises to warm a very chilly morning. The moon is trying to hold on before the sun claims the day.
Schwabacher’s Landing during sunrise is truly a breathtaking scene. After a short walk along the Snake River the landscape opened up to this beautiful view of the sun lit peaks of Grand Teton. The morning was very cool and still, and we could hear the elk bugling in the distance.
Grand Teton as seen from just outside a ranch in the distance. This fence does not do much to keep the wandering bison out. I saw them jump fences like this with ease.
Grand Teton during a warm summer day. I was surprised how much snow remained on the peaks during the middle of July.
